The location and cleanliness. The noise levels were acceptable.

Take 5 steps from the bed and you are in the main road. Pictures don’t show frosted windows needed as room on the corner of a busy public road. With the curtains open you couod see silhouettes of people walking by, peoples conversations, people leaning against and tapping the window.

The location is great, right next to metro stop and close to the sea (20-30 min by foot). The flat is nice, newly furnished and clean.

The flat is on the ground level, you can't open the windows, only the main door, but it is right out the street. So if you need fresh air you need to use AC.

I had a great stay at VLC Maritim! First, the location is amazing, you are 2mins away from the metro and tram station (including line 5 taking you to the airport). The apartment was clean, and comfortable, definitely recommend.

The kitchen has all the tools (pots, pans, cutlery, utensils) needed for cooking, but I missed the essentials: oil, salt and pepper.

The bathroom shower doesn't have glass doors or anything and it is impossible to shower without the water being everywhere in the apartment. It also doesn't have any windows and for a longer stay it's hard to air it because the front door is right on the street, so if you open them everyone passing by can see you.

great location, 2 huge grocery stores just 3 mins walking, metro station right outside, a bar for breakfast and drinks also right outside, many restaurants on main street 10 mins away on foot, parking was a pain tho.

parking was brutal, some nights spent 1h driving back and forth looking for a spot.
