VLC HOST - Bellvis

Alojamento tipo T0 mas espaçoso, ótima localização, ar condicionado, itens básicos de cozinha, geladeira, fogão, tudo em perfeito estado. Deixaram toalhas, papel higiênico, sabonete , gel de banho. Tudo em quantidades suficiente para a nossa estadia. Colocaram um berço e uma cadeira para refeição para o meu bebê , o que me deu imenso jeito. Voltaremos com certeza a nos hospedar neste local.

I liked that the apartment was in a good location. We had everything we needed in terms of appliances: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, iron… The bathroom was very nice. The owner of the apartment accommodated us when we requested additional cleaning.

The apartment has no windows, but instead has two large frosted glass panels. We had to keep the door open to air out the apartment, and the door is on a street where people and cars pass by.

The apartment was very clean, WIfi great, and the kitchenette had everything to cook a meal. The best part was the proximity to the subway station, just 1 minute walking. The check-in was smooth, I received a message with a code, and a link for opening the smart lock. And the host is proactive, and ready to answer any questions.

You enter the place right from the street. So the front door opens into the street. Therefore, no windows to open, to let fresh air come in. Unless you open the door (so anyone can see you and come in). Keep in mind, it's not a hotel. It's like an airbnb apartment. There was a leak in the hot water boiler. It was making water inside a cabinet. You would think they would check (or see) this when they clean it.

Modern apartment, coffee machine and a couple of pods, also a kitchen wash pack supplied, appreciated. Apartment is conveniently situated No.5 tram straight from airport to metro located within 1 min walk from apartment. Metro to city and Central train station. Friendly traditional coffee/bar opp. lovely for chilling outside in the evening. Good 20min walk, but walking distance from beach, restaurants or science museum. Great communication from host Catalina. Self check in via door code. Aircon and washing machine nice bonus. Shower pressure superb.

Nothong really, Personal preference, but we prefer a bit softer mattress and pillows. Extra toilet roll for length of stay.
