21 Callanish Luxury Pod

Good place neart the Callanish Stones. Was possible to roam around the Croft. Nice hosts.

Its a good pod, new, clean, lovely. Still, its too pricy!

The location could not be better. Remote but close to the main roads to allow you to explore Lewis and Harris, to get to a shop and a garage. You could stand outside the door of the pod and see the Callanish standing stones (the reason I initially chose this location) and they were just a short walk up the road, accessible 24 hours so you pop by when all the tourists had gone (for that tourist-free photo. The pod was brilliant and the hosts had considered absolutely everything! Binoculars, bin bags, food for a meal on arrival, everything and I was even offered a loan of midgey net as they were particularly bad on the night I arrived. The bathroom was far nicer than the accommodation I had just come from and the bed was very comfortable. The bed linen and towels were lovely and soft and really helped to make it feel like a homely space to stay. there were maps of Lewis and Harris available to use, books on the local area. Wifi and phone reception were great. The pod was cosy and comfortable with a view over the hills, taking in some chickens. You are not overlooked, apart from the chickens, and the hosts were very helpful but not intrusive. I intend to go back.

We had a great time at the Callanish Luxury Pods. Extremely cosy and smartly furnished Pod in the middle of an idyllic landscape and in short walking distance to the famous Callanish Stones and one of many scenery Lochs. Very friendly hosts who offered us fresh eggs and even a wood fired bath in a backyard bathtub. Perfect place to relax and a good starting point for many beautiful beaches and other Isle adventures!

Everything tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, great location. Sharon & Grant were great hosts & supplied lots of extra goodies & essentials for our stay.

Luxury pod is a very apt way to describe this place - so stylish with everything you could need for a short stay. Super welcome pack from the very helpful and friendly hosts. Lots of extras provided to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location next to the Callanish standing stones was amazing, so atmospheric. There was great off road parking and the fact that the pod stood alone with no others around it was a real bonus. Everything was super clean, powerful shower, lovely linen, good quality oven and comfy sofa - all in such a small space, fantastic.

Grant and Sharon are amazing hosts, they could not possibly have done more to make our stay great. The pod is very comfortable with every convenience (and lots of lovely and thoughtful extras) and in a great location for easy driving to all the best spots on the island. During our stay, Grant set us up with a hot tub bath in the middle of the farm field with the absolute best view of the Callanish stones. Really magical and made our stay! Highly recommend everything and would love to come back
