夕食は食べるかと聞かれたので、食べると答えたら、16€を請求された。夕食の場所は歩いて5分だと言われた。ほとんど人家がないような所を、夕方、女性一人で探しながら食べには行けない。 また、セキュリティヒィーの名目で50€を支払わされた。24時間以内にカードに返金するとの話だった。返金があったかはまだ確認できていないが。

I strongly advise avoiding this place. It’s inconvenient, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. This place is not a hotel, it’s just a house with a few apartments located in the middle of nowhere. When I arrived at 7pm, I had to wait outside the gate in the rain for about 25 minutes before anyone let me in, even though I told them I would arrive at 7. The room was extremely humid, with condensation covering the windows, and after only a few minutes inside everything felt damp. There was a spider in the bathroom, which the staff ignored, and I also found two cockroaches in the room. Because of these conditions, I decided to leave and sleep at the airport instead. Don’t expect anything here. Eating in the room is not allowed, and there are no restaurants or shops nearby. When I asked for a refund, the staff falsely claimed that I had stayed and used the shower, which was completely untrue.

Great location, clean and had great facilities. Owner was lovely and super helpful with transport.

Just there for one night near the airport, this was a perfect selection. Matteo and Fernanda were always in touch and having a pick up and drop off service to the Milan airport made it very easy. The one restaurant in the adjoining town was a big hit too!
