"Near Malpensa airport but the staff were not nice."

It was close to Milano Malpensa airport but there are plenty of other hotels we ls and probably better.

Everything was very impersonal. The staff were not nice. I reserved a double room and suddenly they were demanding more money because we were two people. The evening that we arrived they requested a deposit. None of these things were in the Booking.com announcement so they were misleading.

"It was fine for what we needed at the time."

Proximity to the airport. Friendliness of host.

The rooms were damp and bedding felt damp. They advvertised breakfast but it was actually just some biscuits and coffee in the room. Not what was expected.

Location 5 minutes from airport. Staff very nice.

No microwave No hair dryer Said breakfast but was only a small bag of 3 cookies. I recommend putting 2 to 3 bags of bagged croissant. Body wash 2 3oz bottles barely enough for 1 person.
