The place was a bit run down. A lot of stains on the sofa, and one of the bathrooms was a rather run down.

Great location. Spacious and comfortable house with all the necessary ammenities.

Car parking is so expensive in the area. I don't advice to rent a car if you stay in this zone. Though this is not related with the landlords, this is a general problem with the downtown in the midweek. Use the metro if you choose to stay here

"Very Bad! Not clean, no money back, defect things"

We booked an early Check in for 650 DKK. One hour before they wrote its not possible, but we paid. Since more than two weeks we wait for our money back. We had to wait 3 hours in the cold. Cleanliness of whole Apartment was not good. Whirlpool is not working. Windows are extremly dirty.
