Large & Bright 3BR Flat w Whirlpool Near Metro

We loved this apartment for its location (our favourite part of Copenhagen); size of the apartment is perfect. Our friends, who were our guests in Copenhagen loved it. All facilities are great and essentials are provided.Our boys even got too enjoy bath tub. Kitchen and living - dining rooms are super big. There is a nice light in the apartment too. The rooms are very comfortable. Staff had been very communicative, informative and helpful. Cleanless was very good as well. All in all, nothing to complain about, particularly when it helped building some more nice memories.

Was not very clean. Moldy shower curtain and washing machine was not useable.

The apartment has a good amount of space and is conveniently located.

The basic water supply systems are quite old and have multiple issues. One of the reasons we rented the apartment is the washing machine, as we need to wash the children’s clothes often, but we discovered the washing machine does not work, with the error code “insufficient supply of water”. I spent a lot of time with the customer service team, dealing with their repetitive empty promises (including “our service team is only 30 minutes away”) but the washing machine was not fixed during our stays. On Day 5 of our stay they said they came during the day to look at the machine but could not enter the apartment as they do not have a spare key (and we obviously were away exploring the city). In later stages of this debacle, I was promised that a manager would call me to discuss the situation and that the Finance team would reach out to discuss a refund for the inconvenience, none of which happened (same story “we tried to call you many times”, but there were no missed calls on my phone, and on previous occasions they could reach me perfectly fine). So we had to wash by hand. When we did that, we discovered that the bathroom sink is half-blocked, so rinsing took a lot of time. And the second bathroom was essentially unusable altogether due to very weak water pressure in the sink, shower and toilet. Finally, the apartment is quite large (3 bedrooms) but there is only one key, which for us was quite inconvenient. A spare key was initially promised but, similar to the issues above, not delivered.
