Cleanliness

The location was easy to find as was the parking convenient as it was right outside the apartment which was very helpful. The apartment was such good value for money because it was spotless and exactly as in the pictures so it was decent and very spacious. The host was very helpful and supportive with the issues we faced and only a phone call away if there was any problems.

The lock key box wasn’t easily accessible as we was given the wrong card which wasted half an hour of our time upon arrival as we couldn’t get in however the host was supportive and assisting us with this and sent someone to come over and help within 10 minutes of us reaching out, and then they compensated us by giving us an extra half an hour for checkout due to the issue we faced. One of the door handles was broken to the living room but nothing that was really noticeable.
