Clean property. Big and spacious. Luxury look and feel.

It wasn’t as private as it was made out to be.

The location and the modern feel to the property, very clean and spelt nice

We stayed in room size which both windows were level with the car park. The blinds were broken leaving gaps to the both me and my partner were under the quilt during intimacy! We arrived to a gang of masked young boys which was very intimidating to which the police were calling knocking on the window asking if we had seen the domestic which took place outside! Very ‘ghetto’ behaviour which let down the apartment and left my partner and I un easy and unable to relax , wouldn’t ever stay here again

I stayed at the apartment for a total of 7 nights and encountered several issues that impacted my stay. Firstly, there was a lack of heating, causing the apartment to be constantly cold. During my stay, I experienced two power cuts; while the staff promptly sent a contractor who resolved the issue within an hour, it was still an inconvenience. There was also uncertainty as it could have taken a few hours. After the power cut, there was a cut in the water supply. When I attempted to contact the staff, no one picked up. I decided to check out a day early because of these inconveniences. After checking out I had informed the staff about the water supply issue, they mentioned that they would have sent a contractor if I had called. However, given the recurring issues and lack of immediate response, I found this to be an unsatisfactory solution. During power cuts, there was no phone signal, leaving me in a difficult situation, especially with a dying phone. Lastly, the cleanliness of the bedding was disgusting, as I experienced multiple bites, most likely bed bugs. Given the rate of £415, the expectation is that such basic amenities and cleanliness standards would be met without the need for constant contractor call outs. I chose this place because of the location, spend your money elsewhere.

The location was perfect and everything was up to standard. I really enjoyed my stay and looking for to staying there when ever am in Birmingham

The place being clean and a good location, thats about it.

The service by the employees was terrible and rude, there were broken items in the apartment like the blinds and the bed, the heating was poor especially in the cold month of December. The electericty got cut out and once we mentioned it, a half hour fix took 2 and a half hours, the employees did not care about our wellbeing.

Absolutely horrible stay! It was really dirty from inside. Couldn’t even sit on the sofa because of the stains on the sofa
