I was there for 21 days and had no problems extend the stay. Location is not far from Birmingham, free parking. very peaceful, cook your own food, very pet friendly :-) feel like an apartment. nice decor :-)

I had to wash the bathroom towels, it would be nice to contacted to change the bedsheets (no biggy) wifi kept dropping off kept charging a £150 deposit when I extended the stay instead of using the first deposit

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with well appointed and modern furniture, spacious living room and huge windows. Like a luxury apartment in Manhattan but on Soho road .!

I was extremely disappointed with this apartment. From the moment we walked in, the smell was overwhelming — musty, unclean, and completely off-putting. It was clear that no proper cleaning had been done before our arrival. The apartment was not as pictured. There was visible damp in the kitchen, cobwebs and spiders in multiple corners, and the general level of hygiene was unacceptable. and overall the space felt neglected and unhygienic. No point keeping empty fragrance bottles just to make it look good. The place stank horrific. I booked this space expecting it to match the listing and offer a comfortable stay. Instead, we were left feeling incredibly uncomfortable and disappointed. The pictures are not a true reflection of the actual condition of the apartment. The WiFi was absolutely rubbish when I have come for work purposes. The Netflix connection did not work in the evenings. I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking. I will also be submitting a formal complaint to the platform as this fell far below acceptable standards.

Not as advertised, not secure, apartment block is left open for anyone to enter. Certainly not safe for a female single person. Extremely noisy location
