Interior Designed 4 bed House with stocked Bar & gym sleeps minimum 7

Good location in a quiet street with lots of available parking. Big property, lots of space with comfy sofas. I liked the decor throughout. Good kitchen appliances and left with welcome products for our stay.

The property wasn’t clean enough. There were cobwebs on the ceilings, dust on the shelving, sticky carpet, mould in the bathroom. We moved the sofas to watch tv and the flooring underneath was black with dust. There was rubbish behind the bedside tables and we had to wash the crockery prior to using. The blind in the top attic bedroom to the left was broken. The window in the bathrooms bottom hinge was broken so the window was locked with no key. We could not ventilate the bathroom and the bathroom door was difficult to close. The sofas and tv are not set up for guest to watch TV. Please either move the sofas or mount the tv onto the wall.

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. The children loved using the mini gym.

The property was clean & the living room was homley & had 3 big bedrooms & very comfy beds. There was a lovely park 5 mins walk away to walk our dogs.

There was no broom or dust pan & brush at property as the garden needed little tidy when we arrived as we wanted to enjoy the nice weather we had last weekend & and it would be nice to have TV on the wall in living room so we could all see it.

The location was brilliant for our visit - just between the two main areas of Horsforth.

The bathroom had no extractor fan and the window was locked so could not be opened, the hinge looked broken. No bath mat, in or out of the

Excellent value, beautiful rooms, great location, perfect for visiting family. Really appreciated being able to use the washing machine and dryer, too.

Lovely house and garden was great too.
