Host very helpful and accommodating. Arrival instructions clear so easy to access house. House beautifully decorated and modern. Beds comfortable. Location quiet. Welcome pack with milk etc nice touch.

Well equipped home

Tv in living room is small and in the corner , asides that it’s a must visit

The location for us attending a function at the top end of Horsforth was good . Walked there and taxied back . The house was very nicely decorated and maintained . Lovely patio area which would be fabulous to use in the summer . The welcome package was much appreciated , nice to have a pot of tea on arrival .

We were unable to get in at 3 , no fault of the host , the previous occupants had not vacated the property till after 1:30 . We were offered a late checkout which would have been lovely but because of the poor internet connection we did not receive till we were on way home !! The lovely cleaning ladies made us tea which we had in the garden while we waited .As well as the internet problem we could not get the TV to work in main bedroom due to ‘ signal ‘ problem it said . We would still recommend property for parties attending an occasion in Horsforth .
