Bayad anyar - Ubud Bali

Вилла переоценена, прочитала много хороших отзывов и забронировала эту виллу, но на самом деле минусов больше, чем плюсов. Во-первых вилла очень старая, во-вторых пыльная, такое ощущение что давно никто не жил на этой вилле. Пыль была везде, повсюду, полотенца пахли плохо не свежестью, а запыленным запахом, сантехника была плохо почищена, раковина была плохо отмыта, при открывании штор прям чувствовался сильный запах пыли и не свежести. Старая мало света, кухонная зона отдельно от террасы, не удобно таскать еду и чай туда и сюда. По приезду у нас были проблемы с интернетом и TV, сказали кабель поврежден из за дождя, обещали постараться починить, но за 5 дней так и не сделали Smart TV- мы не смогли подключиться к ютубу и нетфликс через телевизор, вай фай на 2-ом этаже не ловит совсем, на первом этаже тоже временами попадал, в последний день вай фай вообще пропал и не работал 3 часа! Что доставило нам много неудобств. Очень далеко от центра, если вы планируете ездить каждый день до центра на дорогу уходит 30-35 минут на байке туда и обратно, очень долго и не удобно каждый день туда сюда мотаться, рядом с виллой нет ничего, ни магазинов ни ресторанов. Лестница на 2-ой этаж тоже не комфортная, особенно будет не удобно подниматься возрастным людям или людям у кого проблемы с мобильностью. Надеялись хотя бы на красивый вид со 2-го этажа, и это не вышло. Рисовые поля на обработанные, вид не сказочный совсем, вдобавок из за близости рисовых полей, всю ночь квакают лягушки и много звуков другой живности. В целом в доме присутствует запах старой мебели, сырости и пыли. Это были самые не комфортные 5 дней нашего отпуска в Убуде, настоятельно НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ЭТУ ВИЛЛУ НИКОМУ.

Все не понравилось. Завтраки однотипные на 3-Ий день надоедает.

Rena and Adi couldn’t do enough for us and transported us where ever we wanted to go and waited for us to bring us back to the villa. The villa fantastic with a very nice cafe (Edery Cafe) less than 100 metres away and a quality restaurant within 500 metres.

A bit more attention to cleaning and the toilet seats were past their best.

L'accueil et l'accompagnement de l'hôte pendant tout le séjour. Un grand merci à Adi et son père pour leur disponibilité et réactivité face à nos demande. Nos 2 enfants ont adoré la piscine et passé du temps avec Adi qui leurs a meme fait faire du cerf-volant.

السيد Rena و ابنه Adi كانا متفانيان في تقديم كل ما يمكنه جعل إقامتنا مريحه ، في الحقيقة لن تجد مضيف افضل منهما ، واشكرهما كثيرا على حسن استقبالهما. تم توفير المناشف ، و كامل احتياجات الحمام ، وتنظيف الغرف بشكل يومي. الجلسة في الدور العلوي جميلة مع منظر جميل على حقول الأرز . تم تقديم الفطور ( وهو من قائمة محدودة ) في الوقت الذي طلبناه ، وعندما طلب أبنائنا النوتيلا على البانكيك بدل الموز اشترى السيد Rena نوتيلا وقدمها في اليوم التالي . كما وفرا لنا التنقلات داخل اوبود بسيارتهم ( وهي سيارة مريحة وجديدة وواسعة تكفي ستة أشخاص ) مقابل 500،000 لليوم .

- كثرة الزواحف ( الوزع ) حتى ان ابنتي كانت تخاف من دخول الحمام بمفردها . - عندما أيقظت طفلتي الصغيرة وعمرها سنة واحدة خرج من تحت لحافها سحلية ضخمة يصل طولها إلى 15 سم تقريبا، مما جعل عملية النوم بالنسبة لزوجتي وأطفالي مرهقة جدا بسبب الخوف من هذه الزواحف. - الجلوس في خارج الغرف جميل جدا مع مناظر حقول الأرز فقط اثناء النهار ، ومع غروب الشمس تبدأ بالظهور اصوات زواحف وحشرات عالية جدا لدرجة انها كانت تيقظنا من النوم اثناء الليل اكثر من مرة لشدة ارتفاعها. - الأثاث الخشبي للغرف بسبب انه غير معالج بالورنيش وبسبب الرطوبة والمياه تخرج منه رائحة تعفن الخشب مما سبب لي حساسية في التنفس و اضطرني إلى استخدام بخاخ الأنف يوميا. - ابواب الحمامات شفافة ولذا هي غير مناسبة للعوائل. - لم نستخدم المسبح لأنه لم يكن نظيفا . وكانت الأتربة واضحة في قاع المسبح ، والفلتر لا يعمل بشكل دائم. - تم وصف المنزل على انه فلا وتوقعنا ان يكون هناك اتصال بين الغرف وأماكن للجلوس مثل غرفة استراحة او مجلس تجتمع فيه العائلة لكن للأسف المنزل كان عبارة عن غرفتي نوم فقط و منفصلتين تماما غرفة في الدور الارضي وغرفة في الدور العلوي وحتى تنتقل بينهما يجب ان تخرج إلى الفناء وتصعد درج لم يكن مريحا أبدا للصعود والنزول من اجل الاطمئنان على الأطفال، وبسبب تصميم المنزل لم نكن نستطيع الاجتماع والجلوس سويا بسبب ان غرف النوم صغيرة ولا تكفي سوى للنوم . وسبب كل ذلك طلبنا من صاحب المنزل الغاء إقامتنا في اليوم الأخير فوافق مشكورا واعاد لنا مبلغ اليوم الأخير من الحجز

Reni, the owner of the villa went above and beyond to make our stay relaxed and comfortable. His son Adi picked us up from the airport and spent the next five days taking us wherever we wanted to go. They even booked tours, spa and ferry crossings for us. Knowing they would take of everything was such a relief. The villa is just as beautiful as in the photos. It was very clean and well equipped. It was wonderful relaxing by the pool after a day of sightseeing. The villa is not central which suited us. Adi was ready at anytime to take us anywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was wonderful too.

We didn't like leaving.

Crystal clear water and a serene atmosphere made it the ideal place to relax and soak up the sun. Whether you wanted a refreshing swim or just to lounge by the water, it is a peaceful haven. But what truly made this accommodation stand out was the attention to detail. Rena and Adi ensured that every amenity we could possibly need was readily available, from personalised breakfast options to local dinner recommendations. They checked in on us just the right amount to ensure we were comfortable, but never felt intrusive. Every interaction felt genuine, and their warmth made the experience feel like a home away from home. We truly felt like part of the family. It’s very clear to us that community is incredibly important to Rena and Adi and because of this there is nothing that Rena cannot arrange. Rena arranged for massage therapists to attend the villa for us and even arranged for our laundry to be completed just before we left so we had clean clothes for the next week. If you're looking for a five-star getaway with spectacular views, top-tier amenities, and hosts who treat you like family, Bayad Anyar is the place to be. We can’t wait to return—it truly is a hidden gem of luxury and relaxation. Thank you so much Rena and Adi, you will always have a special place in our hearts.

This was our girls' trip (3 girls). We have been planning our Bali trip for the past 1.5 years, and we finally made it. On day of arrival, we stayed in contact with host throughout the day by WhatsApp. Always responded very fast. Our hosts Rena a d his son Adi met us at 1AM to make sure to greet us in person. The villa is just beautiful. On 2 floors plus access to the roof. The whole place was ours throughout our stay. Our hosts Rena and Adi would come every morning to make us nice breakfast and also to clean and tidy up. They even helped us get someone to come over for massages on very short notice! Very nice location. 3 min walk to a restaurant (Edery cafe) and not too far (5 min drive) to rafting/atv activities).

We loved our breakfast but options were limited (scrambled eggs, omelet and pancakes) we would have liked maybe some local options.
