"The size of the unit, the location, but the condition was extremely poor. Poor Value."

The location was good, the size of the unit was good.

Owners need to take a timeout and do some serious maintenance. Whole parts of the ceiling were missing plaster, kitchen was more or less disgusting, CR sinks did not properly drain, dressers are damn near dangerous... open the door and it will fall on you... kitchen sink also terrible - faucet... walls are dirty, cracking. Seriously the place need's one month+ maintenance... they really need to throw money at it.Also... of the places I have stayed in the Philippines, got the most mosquito bites at the pool, I think due to accumulated moisture at aircon units... I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone else (except my enemies)

The room is clean.nice, and good accomodation .we wiil stayy here again but not on Tower 1and 2 unless the personel or front desk personel be change

The accomodation was okay on ist night and we were transfered to other room or tower 4 on the 2nd night still nice and good but on the 1st night the receptionist on tge front desk was not good not accomodating all of them from tower 1 and 2 I hope they can be corrected all of them later.we were advised to accept the offer of the owner to stay in the small room on the next night otherwise our booking will be cancelled. Is this the right attitude? So where will we stay f our booking be cancelled on that 2nd night? We are not from Cebu city that's why we booked 2 nights. However on our transferred to tower 4 on the 2nd night the receptionist from front desk are all acomodating all of them the room is good and nice thanks for our staying the tower we will be back sooner
