Beautiful garden, big clean rooms, hot water, and extremely kind staff!!

The location is quiet and calm, yet still walkable to everything. The garden is lovely. Our room was comfortable and stayed relatively cool inside with the fan provided, despite the warm afternoons. The staff are very kind and arranged a prompt, comfortable airport transfer for us.

The floors were a little dusty and made our feet dirty. No hair dryer in the room (although I could have asked).

We stayed here 5 nights and one more night after an Acatenango hike. It felt like a little oasis. We loved the garden and covered patio/courtyard area. It was lovely to be able to do morning yoga in the grass or just wake up in the sun. All of the staff was excellent - the lovely man on night shift, Oscar, even made us tea a couple evenings. Everything was very clean and filtered water was always available. We rented a triple room for two people, which was perfect. It would have been tight for 3 people. There was a dresser, but we used the third bed to spread out our belongings. (Like almost every hotel room in the world, it could use some hooks!) I could see how other reviewers had issues with noise, but there was a fan in the room that was loud enough to drown out any noise outside our room and helped keep temps down. WiFi was best in the courtyard area but also worked in the room. It was slower when there were more people. We didn't stay anywhere else in Antigua, but we felt like the place was a good value. The location is also great - far enough away from the center of Antigua to be quiet, but close enough that it's an easy walk. They held our luggage while we hiked Acatenango, which was very helpful. Shuttle to/from the airport is $50 or 375 quetzales and must be paid in cash. We used it both ways.

It would have been nice to have hooks and better lighting in the main room - a table lamp and a brighter ceiling light. Lighting in the bathroom was excellent though.

The room I booked had severe mold so had to take a different room which wasn’t garden view. Location is far so need to ensure you’re back by 11

Las habitaciones qué nos dieron no eran las que muestran en las fotos. Además habían zancudos y arañas fue un poco incómodo. También no me parece que no cuenten con parqueo propio y el más cerca de hotel cobra caro la noche. Ellos tiene una entrada donde pueden poner parqueo pero no se porque no autorizan.

Sehr freundliches Personal, grosse und saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten, schöner Garten

Ein grosser Spiegel, Kleiderhaken und mehr Ablageflächen würden das Zimmer sehr aufwerten

La amabilidad del personal es lo mejor La habitación estaba limpia La casa es amplia y tiene buenos espacios

El lugar super tranquilo, perfecto para desconectarse del ruido de la ciudad. Su jardín , la atención por parte de los chicos .
