The location is a short walk from the train station. The large guest room is on the ground floor, and the kitchen is on the 2nd floor. This was a nice place to stay.

For energy efficiency code compliance, the bathroom has a light switch with a motion sensor and possibly humidity sensor. Conserving resources (electricity, water, etc.) is worthwhile, but the bathroom light can be a hazard. The reason is because while someone is taking a shower, the light will suddenly turn OFF and in the dark, there is risk of slipping and falling. With the glass shower door closed and shower running, the motion sensor times out after 5-10 min and automatically turns the light off. Opening the shower door will activate the sensor and turn the light ON again. If the code requires a timed motion sensor, the sensor should be moved to the ceiling or 2 sensors are necessary (put on wall and ceiling). The exhaust fan vents most of the humidity out the bathroom, but a small dehumidifier would help dry the shower and towels. The main room has a window that can be opened, and that is great when it is not too cold outside.

il check in super veloce tramite un codice, era disponibile anche un posto auto davanti sul vialetto. L'host che vive al piano di sopra gentile si interessava se andava tutto ok. Quartiere tranquillo.

Per raggiungere la stanza che è un appartamento nel seminterrato, si passa dal garage e dalla zona lavanderia. La stanza era complessivamente molto umida, anche se a disposizione un deumidificatore, c'è un cartello con scritto di spengere quando usciamo, e al rientro la stanza la trovavamo sempre molto umida, con le lenzuola e i vestiti umidi. Nella foto su booking la stanza era mostrata con 2 finestre quindi molto luminosa, non corrisponde alla realtà perchè cè solo una piccola finestra con vista in uno spoglio giardino interno. Nella doccia, il doccino era rotto. Durante il mattino presto si sentiva camminare molto forte al piano di sopra.

I chose the place due to the location. Second, it is a private unit(as advertised) with private toilet and bathroom. Price is very good value over what I got. The room was spacious. On arrival, cleanliness is on point. Got water, coffee, tea, sofa set. Bed was comfortable with good sheets, blanket and pillow. Open layout makes the space massive. Bathroom is equiped with enough towels, toilet papers, hot/cold shower and all I need such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The host was very welcoming and made sure I settled in well. Easy checkin instructions and process.

The only thing I didn’t like was I had to leave too soon. Wish I stayed longer.

Idéal pour un séjour de 5 jours pour 4 personnes. Espace couchage assez spacieux. Sdb fonctionnelle. Cuisine non utilisée. Parking devant l’hébergement très appréciable.

Manque de précision sur l’accès à la cuisine. Manque de précision sur la station de train (Colma) étant la plus proche avec direct au centre ville.
