Private Unit / Private Bathroom Near BART & SF

The property is just one big room which conveniently located and a good value. There is a parking spot outside of their garage. The room is relatively spacious. Complimentary Keurig coffee was a nice gesture.

Here are a bunch of details to be aware of. The pictures are not of the exact unit we stayed in. There are neighbors directly upstairs from the unit and they are loud. They seem to be around all day, everyday. Stomping late after midnight and early (6 am) making it difficult to get restful sleep. They did laundry 2x for hours on 2 days of our stay (the washer/dryer are feet away from the door to your room). The TV is defective with lots of light bleed. The bathroom has automatic lights and will turn off on you intermittently while in use. That being said, it’s hard to beat the value.

The apartment is just one large room, with a small shower/toilet and storage space off to one side. The kitchen in the pictures is actually upstairs in a separate part of the main building. We found the property to be a bit dirty, especially in the shower/toilet room - hairs on the walls, hairs in the shower. The property could do with a proper one-off deep clean really. WiFi was pretty useless in the room - I had to take a work call, and it only functioned reliably when sat in the garage area beside the washing machine. The shower head holder was loose/broken, so the shower head kept falling onto us in the shower. Just needs replacement. The shower/toilet room has an IR sensor for when you walk in, but also a timer. If you are in the shower for more than about 5 minutes, the light switches off and you can only make it go back on by getting out of the shower, which isn't ideal if you have shampoo in your eyes at the time ha ha! There is a second light to be fair, but we didn't find that until later.

Notre hôte était aux petits soins et la communication était facile. Bon emplacement proche de l'aéroport et proche du BART pour rejoindre facilement San Francisco. Propre, confortable et calme avec micro-ondes et frigo dans le logement, plus un accès à une cuisine commune et à une machine à laver et un sèche-linge.

Après une arrivée compliquée, Zack le propritéaire a super bien géré la communication et nous a permis de rester un peu plus tard que prévu. Appartement complet et spacieux bien équipé avec place de parking devant, tv connectée, 1 lit double et 1 canapé convertible 2 olaces, 1 buanderie partagée juste devant avec machine à laver et sèche linge. Il y a dans l'appartement un frigo, cafetière avec cafés pour plusieurs jours, bouilloire et micro onde. La cuisine équipée à l'étage peut être utilisée avec d'autres locataires du 1er. Situé a 20 min en voiture du centre ville et 15 min de l'aéroport.

Appartement un peu humide c'est dommage mais excellent rapport qualité prix si on a une voiture.
