The apartment we booked was great, very comfortable. What we especially liked was the professional, prompt and extremely kind service from the people managing the apartment. They enabled early check-in which was a very pleasent surprise and they also were very acommodating when we had a medical issue. Overall we recommend this apartment to everyone looking to stay at Kota kinabalu, and especially those who want a comfortable stay for their family :).
