3 Bedroom Cottage minutes walk from town, harbour & Beaches.

Good location

It’s two separate houses so I ended up sleeping on the sofa so there was an adult in each house. The annexe is completely separate and smells damp.

Smelt a little damp especially room in cellar area Small rooms- maybe worth mentioning in description nit suitable for those with mobility issues or very young children Settees very worn- need replacing. As 3 bedroom only really seating for 4 unless use the 4 dining room chairs

The apartment in all honesty was extremely poor and certainly the pictures on Booking.com are not reflective of the actual accommodation. For instance, 3 bedrooms YES, but the third one is not connected to the main apartment in anyway - different level, different front door. Not great at all!!!!! The cleanliness was extremely poor, with sand and dust all over the ground floor. Alongside an extremely damp/musty smell in the lower ground floor. I would not recommend.

The location is perfect, you are a stone throw from thebharbour

The cottage is quite dated, could do with some tlc and a few essential items updating. The advert is not clear at all that the 3rd bedroom (2nd double) is downstairs in a different part of the cottage, this is quite poor as it meant we didn't use it as expected as we had chosen Thai cottage due the fact it had 2 double bedrooms, we would have gone with a 2 bed cottage which is cheaper if we had known we'd still have to use bunk beds go

Location is excellent for the harbour beach and a short walk to the shopping street, the cottage is nicely decorated and cosy , it’s lovely that the cottage is on a pedestrian only cobbled street (very pretty) one way leads to the Tate side of town , the other way leads into the shopping street harbour beach , car parks are either up hill or down hill bear this in mind when unloading your car , there was only 2 of us and a dog which the cottage was excellent, there is a bunk bed room , and a separate annex with a double bed (separate entrance) which we did not use for our stay .

Great location, located just behind the main shopping street. Quirky cottage on three levels on pedestrian street. My teenager loved the separate third bedroom which is downstairs in a separate apartment accessed via outside of the cottage.

A few problems with the maintenance of the property whilst we were there but didn't spoilt our stay-owner very responsive and friendly. Pack minimally to avoid too many trips and down the hill to the car park! Fridge tiny for accommodation of 6, so have to plan food accordingly. No big food shops possible! Can't remember being made aware the third bedroom was a separate annexe which was ok for us but may not be suitable for everyone.
