OF CONCERN WE WERE ASKED VIA WHATS APP TO SEND OUR IDENTITY DOCUMENTS ON THE DAY.. PASSPORT PHOTO. DRIVING LICENCE ETC. DESPITE WHAT THEY SAY. THIS IS NOT IN ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU SHOULD NEVER SEND YOUR IDENTITY TO SOMEONE. WHO EVER!! IT WAS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO BLACK MAIL ONE. AT THE LAST MOMENT WITH BEING LEFT WITH NO ACCOMODATION. THIS WAS Very STRESSFUL TO THE BEGINNING OF OUR STAY. I was pestered several times via WhatsApp by phone and messages. It is about a £25 taxi ride from the Terminal 4. So from train to apartment and back £50. It is a long walk. About 30 minutes from the terminal via pavements. Not ideal for luggage. I would not have booked had I known this. Bedding. There was a double. But the other bed was a blow up bed. Bed linen was completely crumpled up. Un ironed. In a wardrobe was more linen squashed into balls. Hence the terrible appearance. KITCHENET There is little cutlery and utensil to be able to cook anything. The are not chopping knives. Hence the oven was pristine as delivery food was the only option. There is a petrol station a mile away. There was a microwave. It is integrated to the Oven. But would have been nice to know. There should be a welcome pack explaining everything. SEATING. There was a double sofa. So not enough soft furniture for three. It was difficult to find and it was on an industrial estate. Disabled access. The corridors are difficult to navigate if you have mobile needs. The lift did not work. I felt that the owners were organising everything from over seas perhaps. There is no reception. They were reluctant to give us the key code. Unless we appeased by sending personal id docs.

Bathroom was clean

The lift was out of order and I had to lug 2 heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs; the a/c was broken; sheets were scratchy; the location was 20 minutes from Heathrow even though it is advertised as at the airport ; the location is in an industrial zone with nowhere to eat within walking distance

No breakfast

35 pound cab ride from terminal 3. Situated in an industrial area and the building was dirty. Advertised as Aerotel apartments which is confusing as it has nothing to do with the Aerotel. it’s called Voyager apartments and very far away. Management did not help to resolve our issue once we knew it was not Aerotel and that it was miles away from where we needed to be, instead did everything to make it sound like a good option which it was not. The apartment is over priced. Hair in the bed and soap container was empty. Had to jump around trying to book a cab at 1am after a long flight as it’s not Aerotel as Advertised.

Was not able to locate this property and so had to sleep in the airport. Was not given a refund. Impossible to contact the property. Absolutely shocking service and this property should be removed from this website.

Misleading! The hotel infringes on the Aerotel trademark, making travelers believe they are staying somewhere safe and close to the airport. Despite being advertised as “on airport grounds,” it took our cab driver 45 minutes to get us there, and our Uber driver 40 minutes back to the airport. We were not happy about the additional $100 expense for local transportation. The front door didn’t lock, the floors were dirty, the toiletries were open and used, the building smelled, and the walls were paper-thin. The whole check-in process seemed suspicious. I felt so unsafe that I put a chair and our stroller in front of the door for protection. Needless to say, we left at 4:20 AM and went to the airport because it felt so unsafe!

Fake Hotel. The hotel doesn‘t exist. The Aerotel at terminal 2&3 is a different one.
