Location of property misrepresented on map as within Terminal 2 complex - which it isn't. Caused me to book inappropriate property. Ask for refund which was not forthcoming. Booked elsewhere for something appropriate and took the lost of the full price of the room. Might be the greatest apartment on earth - but it isn't where it was shown on the map and therefore not suitable for my needs. Not getting the impression this was a honest mistake - the location is still marked incorrectly. Before booking this make sure you know where it is - 14 Stanwell Road is off the edge of the airport 20 min walk from T4.
