They emailed the codes a week before arriving at NZ from UK. Plus follow-up e-mail to see of everything was OK. Really exceptional hosting.

"Home Feeling."

Kitchen well equiped also with nespresso pod machine and washing powder provided which was a bonus.

The loose teabags didnt feel very hygienic and tasted a bit old. Location was average as no supermarket walkable distsance.

"Very good value for money"

Comfortable, convenient and clean. Handy having off street parking place (and lift). Excellent facilities, comfortable beds.

Steep stairs to upstairs bedrooms were not an issue for us but might be for less agile people.
