This property is in a great location…turn out and onto Colombo Street and you are within a short walks distance of city centre including New Regent Street, Christchurch Cathedral, Riverside Markets and a big park for the kids. The hosts are really lovely and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The unit itself was really clean and well organised and had everything we needed including a washer/dryer. The car park is secured within the complex which was really great as free parking in that area can be difficult so if you have a hire car this spot is really handy. We had just finished a camper trip with our kids and it was the perfect spot for us to enjoy Christchurch for a couple of days and unwind before heading home.

"Spotless, warm, and comfortable apartment in a great location"

Very clean and well appointed with everything you need. Owner followed up if we were ok.

Only thing I didn’t pick up on is that the apartment itself is two-storied and the bedroom and bathrooms are upstairs. Not normally a problem but I’m having mobility issues at the moment so it might be good to know from the ad. There is however an elevator up to the apartment floor.

Excellent location for walking around town. Kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the coffee.

Could not obtain fresh towels. Bed was a bit firm for us but our friends seemed comfortable
