"Hospedaje perfecto"

Me quedé del 19 al 24 de agosto del 2025 y la verdad todo fue espectacular, el piso, el aseo, el detalle de la botella de vino, de agua, las cosas para la niña etc. La ubicación del piso es perfecta, caminando aproximadamente a 10 min de la playa, a unos 5 min de un Mercadona y el centro de la ciudad. Super recomendado hospedarse aquí. 20/10

Todo espectacular nos encantó el lugar la verdad

El aire acondicionado m hubiera gustado q enfriara un poco más y al tratar de colocarlo más frío votaba un agua en la parte del recibo Del resto todo perfecto

El aire acondicionado.

Cuando llegamos la TV no se veía, hormigas por toda la casa, cubiertos sucios, y obras en la calle que no te dejaban dormir aparte de no estar bien ubicado para nada, decepcionante....

Appartamento accogliente, da poco ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere il centro storico con una camminata di 10 minuti.

2 camere su 3 hanno poco spazio per la sistemazione dei vestiti

"Vacaciones en grupo"

Fuimos 5 amigas y la zona de salón-comedor nos resultó muy cómoda para estar en grupo y poder hablar en círculo y movernos. La ubicación es bastante buena, teniendo sitios interesantes que visitar a un lado y al otro.

Las habitaciones no nos resultaron muy cómodas. Una de ellas es muy pequeña y las almohadas eran muy planas para nosotras.

Me gustó lo amplio, limpio y cómodo que es.

Lo único que no fue bueno fue el tema de aparcar los coches, es bastante complicado aparcar en las calles cerca del piso.

We stayed 6 nights in Alicante, the apartment was very clean and with all the amenities to make you feel like at home. The location of the apartment on the main road made it easy for us to access all types of transport, tram, bus and train. We thank Vitalina and the owners who were ready for everything and very understanding to fulfill our request for extra towels. In general, people in Alicante were very understanding and ready to help in everything.
