Casas349h Alicante Centre First Floor

Location is nice, view from the master bedroom was beautiful, has all the necessary stuff for cooking at home and is a very spacious apartment. There were two of us but theres three bedrooms and 5-6 bed spots together

The master bedroom was right above a street so it proved a bit hard to sleep there due to the noise from cars even when the windows were shut. The TV is really small

The best thing we liked about the apartment were the beds. They were so comfortable, we didn’t want to get up in the morning. Although the apartment is on the main road, the double-glazed windows blocked out most of the sound. The other thing we liked was the central heater/cooling system which contributed to the comfortable temperature when we were indoors. We were able to walk everywhere even though we weren’t in the city center. We even walked up to the Santa Barbara castle (must-go). There is an elevator to the top but unfortunately that’s on the other side from the apartment. On arrival, we found a bottle of sparkling wine, water and some snacks which we appreciated after the long drive. Vitalina was reachable at all times to ensure all was ok. The instructions we received were very clear and comprehensive.

If you need parking, it is hard to find on the street (we were lucky) but there is paid parking not too far away.

The place was very central and the apartment was clean. The overall apartment has good size and is better than the pictures on the website. I would certainly recommend this and it was a nice stay for us as a family. The host was very responsive and helpful for all the questions that we had, the communication was very clear and transparent.

No dishwasher & theres a hob but no oven ...didn't bother us as we ate out during our stay
