The apartment smelled musty, we bought an air freshener for that
USLocation is within walking distance of a beautiful city park and many dining options. Even in this convenient location, the property was nice and quiet.
Stove top had wet grease spill and there were splatters on the underside of the stove vent hood also. We messaged the host but never received a response. We had photos to share but no way to send them to the host. The place is not well equipped to cook/dine in.

Rats in the apartment. Issue should have been addressed quickly. I am unhappy about the inconvenience caused-strewn groceries, smell of rats!!!

GBOverall the property is perfect in a central location in Midtown with everything within an easy walk. The apartment was a great size and perfect for two people, with everything you would need.
Unfortunately it just so happened when I was staying the heating was not working and it was January when the cold spell hits Atlanta. So the apartment was extremely cold, the host was incredibly supportive, electric heaters were on hand but these were needed for the bedroom to maintain warmth. This was my only issue and in reality if the weather wasn't cold it wouldn't have been an issue.
USUSMy son is a student at GT, so I've stayed in multiple hotels prior to this. This was my favorite place in Atlanta that I stayed in. It was very quiet and spacious. It was also located in a lovely neighborhood. It was also close to my sons apartment. I will definitely stay here again. The entrance to the apartment is through the front door.
