The only good thing about internally was the shower. The view was very good. The location was good for us, one of the reasons we booked it.

After receiving the keys we could not access the apartment as we could not get one of the keys for one of the 2 locks to work. This meant i had to walk back to the booking.com office. One of the staff returned to apartment with me and eventually got the key to unlock the second lock. She then told me not to bother using the second key for that particular lock!!. On entry to the apartment there was a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. The apartment was extremely dated to say the least, furniture was well past it,s (get shut of) date. The washer was like an old twin tub which nearly took your fingers of when opening after so called washing. The washer did not clean any clothes which meant a lot of washing in the sink. There was no towel change (15 days) so had to wash all towels in the sink as well. On completion of the so called wash, the clothes were absolutely wringing wet and need to be wrung by hand and had a stale smell from the water. When i told Booking.com staff i was told to take a picture of the machine and send it to them on whats app, i never received a reply and no-one ever came to it. The ironing board was about big enough to iron socks, this did not work either as the legs were sprained and just fell away when trying to stand. The plug in the sink in the bathroom was useless and water just drained away after filling the sink. When we were ready to leave we took all the bedding off to stack for the cleaner where we discovered one of mattresses was covered with disgusting urine marks if this had been known i would not have slept on it. I needed to take the keys back to office early morning, why the keys could not be left in the apartment i dont know.

I came with my 2 granddaughter a and nephew. We all loved apartment, great location, sea view & plenty of room for us all. As I was only adult was a bit unsure about flying. But we all felt safe and comfortable with apartment. Would definitely love to visit again.

The property was excellent, clean, comfortable with gorgeous sea views. The staff at the office just need to explain exactly how the entrance code works though, when they say "put the key in first" ,they should mention it's the button with the key on it, not the actual key, some of us are a bit thick.
