Coblanca 8-92 Apartment Levante Beach

Loved the location and that the building was quiet and tidy. The view was beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed.

The balcony doors did not lock so as we had a 6 year old with us we had to pull the shutter down when we were busy for his safety.

A horrible smell wasn't sure if drains or something else . Beds were a little uncomfortable View was lovely .

The location and view were excellent and just what we were hoping for. The apartment had all the facilities we needed and it was generally well presented, We would certainly consider staying again.

It was a little dated but we were prepared for this so no problem. We were also joined in the apartment by a large cockroach, but only one. Startled us in the bathroom and then found it in my shoe on the balcony!

Apartment was very dated and needs modernising , the shower needs to be replaced, the washing machine doesn't seem to work, tried to use it twice, didn't heat up or spin.

Easy collection and drop of keys. Perfect central location with great sea views that were unspoilt. Local to restaurants, bars and shops. Great value for money and would stay again.

Modern room but didn't impact our stay. Pool is in the shade but can't be helped. Sea is on your doorstep. nothing else. Great place. Nothing more.

Close to the beach

Arrived to broken draws live wires hanging from ceiling lights and cockroaches spent the 1st 2 days back and forth to booking.com to resolve these issues totally spoilt my holiday they did send maintenance man but have had no offer of compensation? There was 1 toilet roll and no complimentary tea/coffee like other appartments iv stayed in very old musty smelling place not good for the price when i spent less last year and the other appartment was modern and had everthing on arrival
