The property building is having works so it’s loud in the am

Good facilities and clean apartment

Noise from the construction work on the floor above. Toiletries, coffee and milk only for 1 day. Cleaning fee and tax only added after the advertised price.

Nicely located and convenient to amenities. Cleanliness and accessible. I liked the limitation of visitors as this reduces the level of noisy and rowdy place.

Waken up in the morning by banging in one of the rooms. Apparently some fixing was done. Maybe this is supposed to be communicated so that guests are aware. It really annoyed me as I could rest and sleep further.

Clean room. Security guards at ground floor

No washing machine - no common spaces . Location difficult to find

The balcony gives such a vibrant experience to hustle and bustle of Cape Town. Amazing singing and dancing giving a surreal African experience. All was done during the day and didn’t disturb during the night time

Lage

Es war nicht geputzt und der Wasserhahn im Bad defekt. Es hat 2 Tage gedauert bis beides erledigt wurde. Zudem tagsüber Baulärm in der Nachbarwohnung.
