*The room was overall good and clean, but there was a noticeable smell coming from the toilet. While the house itself was tidy, there weren’t enough extra garbage bags provided. What really disappointed us was the host’s lack of responsiveness — it became quite frustrating, especially since we were traveling with elderly family members. Better communication and attentiveness would’ve made the stay more comfortable.*

swimming pool is nice. Located near town. Parking space was nice and spacious with two parking spots provided. Netflix provided but only for kids channel.

1. They completely forgot about my booking, didnt send me the check in details upon arrival. Messaged the management and got ignored. Tried contacting (assumed) boss and only then I got the check in details. 2. Didnt do house cleaning before we arrived. The floors were dusty and dirty with shoe prints. Bed sheets were not changed from previous stays. Bathrooms were dirty and with nasty things left from previous guests. Fortunately after complaining, they did send two cleaners. 3. Drinking water dispenser was spoilt. No hot water. Normal water tastes unfiltered. Also, the last time they serviced it was 2020 (checked from the label on the dispenser). 4. The electric plug to the fridge + washing machine in balcony is connected by 2 extensions (from inside kitchen to outside balcony). This is very dangerous, and the extension inside was just placed on top of the wet kitchen sink. Very dangerous. 5. Bathroom in master bedroom is still super stinky even after cleaning. The problem might be from the drain. 6. Lots of wear and tear that the host didnt seem to care enough to repair/replace. Overall, very bad experience. The management probably doesnt care about hosting anymore.
