"Old world charm and comfort, excellent place to stay...."

It was so comfortable and charming - the roll-top bath was a luxurious feature for the evening, and then a great shower for the morning. An exceptionally comfortable bed with plump and fragrant pillows. Warm room, with low noise levels, and great TV with Netflix. So enjoyed this stay, which was a business trip, but gave me a really relaxed trip too.

"We would go back to the Heathcock, and would recommend it."

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and charming. The food in the restaurant was excellent as were the recommendations for other places to eat, including breakfast venue. We chose a hotel out of town and the walk into Cardiff was beautiful through the park. The bus back was easy to find and stopped outside the door.

"Lovely stay"

The room was beautiful and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was gorgeous and the bed was comfy.

The only thing that let it down slightly was that the hot water tap for the bath was not very hot so we had to boil the kettle a couple of times to get the bath warm enough.
