Location is good, quick access to city center and the surrounding is quiet

We found the hot water supplied is not enough for 4 people to take bath. It was extremely cold during our stay, so it's a big problem.

Had to book the accommodation at the last minute because our group was let down by the fact that 2 previous properties had to be cancelled the night before because of the way the property had been left and one had been double booked by Booking.com. But there was excellent communication with the host from then on and we were very satisfied with the property. Excellent location.

It was difficult to find the location of the key box. Although there were instructions on the guide book on the phone and after phoning the host we eventually found the box, the location was in a separate location across the road the building was a bit off putting. The grounds were rubbish strewn and we would not like to have been trying to find the key at night.

Convenient location, safe and secure building. Decent place and we would consider coming back again when in coventry.

The property was perfect for our needs, which was for business usage at the NEC. Very comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommended.

It was not explained that the key code for key collection would be timed and therefore if arriving for check in before or after the allotted time window given the code would either not be ready, or be timed out. Which made it difficult to predict as we were building an expo stand at the NEC. Also we had to chase the code from the agent, but the owner intervened and solved the problem for us swiftly. Other than this, our stay was perfect and we would highly recommend the property.

Excellent location, close to the city centre and the venue we were attending, all within walking distance. Apartment clean and tidy with plenty facilities ( hair dryer, crockery, toiletries etc.) Very good communication with Covstays.
