"Exceptional"

Staff is extremely helpful. Everyone went out of their way to help me. They even waited with me in the dark for my pickup. Very accommodating with meals and excellent food.

The toilet room and shower room could be better sealed. I kept finding huge bugs in both rooms.

"Exceptional"

Very individualistic and romantic Location above the Usa River. The tents are really luxury equipped with nice furniture and sanitary facilities. The water for shower was heated very evening to be already in the morning. Very evening before dinner the personal lighted a nice fire together with the sundowner. All dinners were extraordinary!

Lack of guided excursions. The Management organised a day trip to the Arusha Nationalpark for 525 Dollars (3 persons).

"I didn't stay the night"

The location was very difficult to find even with my driver and GPS. We drove in circles for 90+ minutes. The location did not feel safe for a single woman with all the construction and construction workers and it was also loud and not relaxing

The location was lovely as were the surroundings. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I found the food to be really good! Amazing salads, juices and soups! lots of birds!

The was nothing I didn’t like about Dolly Farm, but I do have a couple of recommendations - a cover for the fire so that it doesn’t smoulder all night and day unnecessarily; a note in the tents to remind guests to conserve water (including towel use). Consider investing in solar water heaters in the future 😊

"Superb"

Tents were beautiful, comfortable and clean. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Food was exceptional. Very quiet. Beds were comfortable. No bugs inside the tents.

Nothing except maybe there were a few mosquitos at night at the restaurant but that is common everywhere in Tanzania so just cover up at night.

"A relaxing place to stay"

Nice and quiet. Excellent place stay. Amazing food and gluten free food provided. Staff we very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

From the main road to Dollys Farm the road is very poor. Signs from the main road to Dollys Farm also need to be put in place.
