The only positive aspect of my stay was the good communication with the owner. Apart from that, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

There were several major issues: * The bathroom was located outside, and this was not mentioned in the description. * The building is very old, and you can literally hear your neighbors breathing or using the toilet as if they are in the same room. * While we respect the historical value of the building, this should not mean that the bed, covers, and mattress are also old. The mattress felt like it was over 20 years old. * The door lock was so old that it barely functioned. * We booked for three days but stayed only one. The owner agreed to a refund and asked us to submit it through Booking.com, but unfortunately, we did not receive anything. This place might be suitable as a museum, but it is not suitable for living.

We werden heel lief ontvangen door de eigenaar. We kwam laat aan in stortregen. Hij bracht ons naar een restaurantje in de buurt met zijn eigen auto en haalde ons erna weer op. In de ochtend vertrokken al om vijf uur en hij gaf ons een tas mee met uitgebreid heerlijk ontbijt voor onderweg; dat stond in de ochtend voor ons klaar.

pro hůře mobilní osoby obtížněji dostupné ubytování, parkoviště cca 100m od ubytování - příjezdová komunikace dosti úzká ( typické úzké italské uličky), společná kuchyně pro všechny pokoje ( nebylo uvedeno v nabídce), společná lednice - nebyl dostatek místa pro uložení potravin při obsazení všech pokojů, velikost našeho pokoje pro 2 dospělé osoby byla cca 2x3m a v něm byla umístěna skříň, psací stůl, židle, křeslo, menší skříňka, 2x dveře ( 1 měly otvírání dovnitř) + palanda ( spaní na palandě nebylo též uvedeno v nabídce)- absolutně nevyhovující prostor pro 2 dospělé osoby a jejich zavazadla ( skříň byla z větší části zaplněna dekami ). Koupelna - velice úzký vstup do sprchového koutu ( je umístěn cca 25cm od umyvadla), sprchový kout velice " historický", zašlý, nepasující sedák na WC

Super trouvaille, nichée en hauteur près de la frontière Suisse. Une superbe vue, un logement atypique avec une décoration d'époque qu'on peut observer avec curiosité. Le petit déj était au top aussi, le village est très charmant et paisible. On s'est arrêtés juste une nuit car on avait de la route à faire et on était ravis !

Tout était top, attention juste à l'adresse : L'adresse indiquée vous mène juste à côté du parking public (avec places disponibles). Laissez votre voiture là mais ne sonnez pas au 19, il faut continuer le long de la ruelle, tourner sur la droite et suivre les indications. Le logement se trouve à 1min à pied du parking.

Situato in una località piacevole e piuttosto tranquilla (nella settimana di ferragosto). Un buon punto di sosta per visitare Varese e i dintorni. Camera e bagno puliti e ben arredati, lo stesso il soggiorno. Colazione semplice ma buona.

Può disturbare il fatto di avere il bagno (privato) fuori dalla stanza, per me non è stato un problema.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The beautiful old house feels like visiting grandma’s place in a good way. For one night it was a very interesting stay for my family! We enjoyed the many historical and shabby-chic decorations, and I am very glad to visit places like this and see that history continues.
