The Hillbrook Hotel - Sherborne

Good position for 15 min walk to town. Excellent staff and hospitality second to none. Extremely comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. A very good breakfast.

Nothing to dislike

Great suite with all facilities, including two large tvs! Very nice breakfasts.

The receptionist at check-in was unhelpful to the point of being rude. The others seemed fine. Surprised that there was no restaurant.

The decor is pretty good but the room we stayed needed lick of paint due to marks on the wall. Stylistically reminiscent of the Coppa Club but less polished. Breakfast was good and front office staff were cheery. Restaurant staff were young , a little disinterested in service and slow, but not rude.

They have designed the downstairs badly. The reception feels like you are walking into a B&B. The bathroom wasn’t clean. Hairs on the floor , sinks not clear.

Fantastic apartment. Spacious and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was amazing.

Great hotel, it reminded us of an asian standard style hotel, with sofa in the room and clean decor, very, clean rooms amd facilitiea, friendly staff, super equipped, great chef and breakfast! Everybody there is friendly, smiley and goes beyond and above to make your stay as pleasant as possible! Thank you to the whole team from Ben, Mareen and Peter

A shame that the restaurant was closed but there is nothing to dislike at this hotel.

I was really pleased with everything The only negative comment would be that you had to access the safe which was at the bottom of the wardrobe
