"A great hotel with modern facilities"

Such a friendly hotel. Rachel on night duty was just lovely as the receptionist ago first greeted us. The rooms are huge and we had everything we neede including a smeg fridge!

It was a good 15/20 mins walk from the abbey but it was a lovely walk

Clean and spacious, lovely facilities. Warm welcome on arrival. Breakfast was good.

buffet was quite sparse and the breakfast staff were not particularly friendly

"A really lovely hotel with huge rooms, exceptional breakfast and set in a lovely town."

Big stylish rooms. Excellent breakfast. Clean and tidy. Lots of parking. It was a real joy to order breakfast daily from a menu, rather than going up to a buffet. The choice was fantastic and having worked through a lot of the menu during our 4 night stay, everything I tried was delicious.

Poor Zoeella was doing a marvellous job at breakfast, but it sometimes felt as though one or two extra service staff were needed. Perhaps have one extra staff member but serve breakfast for one hour less?

Lovely hotel, great breakfast included in price, staff eas very nice and helpful, room was very nice.

A bit of a walk to Sherborne, not too bad, not thr hotels fault.

Free parking, spacious rooms, excellent choice of coffee in the room, superb breakfast

Lack of lunch and evening meals. Stayed there before and had all meals, now it is only breakfast
