The Loose Moose Cabin #9 at Downtown Grand Lake

Nothing.

There was no hot water. Staff was unhelpful. I was not able to stay, yet they will not refund. Neither the hotel nor booking.com have succeeded in offering a refund.

This is a great cabin in a great location. It’s super clean and cozy. I’ve stayed here 2 times and I’ve loved both, I’ll be back again.

Everything was great location views cabin itself, only parking is not numbered so other people park in front of other people's rooms.

Cabin and interior design makes it cozy

It was a bonus to be just a few blocks from shops and restaurants. I had no idea!

I like to keep my floor clean so would have loved a broom and dust pan. I realize not a lot of space to store items like these though. Not as much xc skiing close by than I expected was my only disappointment but my fault for not researching the area better.

I didn’t like anything at all. They didn’t have any creamer sugar for the coffee. There was nowhere to cook food which was indicated in the ad. There was not a hot tub even though that is the whole reason we went there and drove three hours from our home.

Nowhere to cook food! TV doesn’t turn towards the bed! And they told us there was a hot tub which was in the ad! We contacted the owner and they gave us a 10% discount which resulted to be about $24 which is absolutely atrocious, especially when they lied about it! We were very upset. We drove three hours to go here just for the hot tub!

Loved this place, pet friendly and staff was accommodating. It made our 2 year anniversary an amazing one.

Ate in town

The gas fireplace did not work. The orange wire from the igniter was just hanging down below the unit and not wired into anything.
