Near my desired area.

It was a mediocre place. Nothing exciting about it. The unit given was not as was shown in the picture.

Location Quiet

Maintenance - there was noise from the water tap (Air issue). Bed - Not in good condition and not comfortable at all. need to replace. Very old mattresses. Lighting - No bed lights.

I would like to record my disappointment for my stay on 6/2 (evening) to 7/2 (morning) where the Aircond fixed just above our bed suddenly leaking while we are sleeping. The cold water leaking on our head and wake us up around 1am (7/2). This is too much. Not 1 Aircond but both the Airconds. The cold water flowing through has caused my elder parents having COLD 🥶 which is very unfortunate for them which suppose to be an enjoyable trip. Due to the leaking, we all unable to continue sleeping. We are busy to use move the mattress, mop the floor, use towel to clean it, use bowl and plate to fill the leaking water. If we don’t do that for sure the overnight water leaking will cause damage to the bed, mattress or the laminated floor. We are kind enough to help to clean it. For this unfortunate event, I hope you can compensate us or refund the rental for the 6/2 to 7/2 as we do not utilise the room. Contrary, we have save the room for you. We expect your favourable reply and expect us to come back in near future. Thanks

Location is excellent for me. Now, Geo Avenue is linked with new Sunway square mall.

Location. Very near malls that have a lot of food options and supermarket.

The aircon in the bedroom was leaking on the 2nd day. Would be better if housekeeping was included in longer stays. The toilet facilities need improvement, all the taps are wobbly and the hot water is not hot, just lukewarm most of the time.

Accommodation is in Sunway Avenue Mall, where many restaurants and other shops are available of needs. Location is also good. Very smooth checkin and checkout.

Everything was perfect except in the last two nights some building work was in progress which went even after 12am. I dont think this is the fault of the owner.

The location on booking.com is completely off the actual location of the property. It took me more than an hour to check-in when I started from a point which was merely few minutes away from the property.

the location was not clearly specified, this property is within the mall which was not described. i could somehow locate the property.
