No statement about the pool

Let me start with the good. The view of the ocean in the distance was great. It's not hard to see my room had not been cleaned in a long time. I can see black mold in many areas of the bathroom. The room had a bad smell. Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room, we both saw three cockroaches. One was dead under a table. we checked in shortly after 2:00. It was brightly lit in the room. I knew that once it got dark many more cockroaches would appear. We immediately packed our things and accepted that we would not be getting refund. I wish I would have thought to take pictures. I normally don't do reviews. This was bad enough for me to warn others. I know the price sounds tempting but there is a reason this place was so cheap. I am hoping to save someone else from this experience.

They gave us a different room. It wasn’t the room we booked on booking.com. The room was VERY dirty! We saw tons of bugs crawling everywhere even on the silverware!! I took videos of it and sent it to the host but did not get any reply! There was no toilet paper nor hand soap in the bathroom when we arrive. The bathroom looked very disgusting! There was only a very thin sheet (it wasn’t a blanket) on the bed. We saw some white stain were on the pillow cases (VERY DISGUSTING)!!. The AC was very loud that it sounded like a plane about to take off. The wifi and tv were not working properly. My husband and I ended up not completing our booking stay. We left and transferred to a nice clean hotel (Citadines hotel)! We demanded a refund on the remaining day of our booking because it was a complete disaster stay! We did not book a room with bunch of crawling bugs!! And I have videos of it as a proof. Unfortunately, the host did not reply. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS HOST IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR MONEY TO GO TO WASTE!! It was a disgusting room!! They shouldn’t be allowed on any booking sites!!

I love the location. It's near supermarkets and restaurants and the church. I love that it's the center of entertainment as well. Everything was just convenient.

Nice and big

The location is very convenient and close to the food park. Has 7/11 nearby.

The room looks old. The bathroom does not look well maintained. The picture is different from the room given to us.
