Great location in Como, so close to restaurants and the lake. Also convenient for trains and buses. Good sized apartment with kitchen facilities.

Unfortunately we were here in 36 degree heat and there's no air con. There's a pedestal fan which didnt do much so nights were very hot and hard to sleep. I wouldn't recommend going in the middle of summer. Would probably be nice in winter though. The bathroom need some love, it's very old and dysfunctional and felt dirty with mould in the shower.

The central location and short walk from the harbour area meant everything you needed was close at hand.

It can be quite noisy, but given it's location this is to be expected. Just do what everyone else does, eat later and stay out for drinks 😉

Este departamento tiene todo para ser un 10. Ubicación del departamento es inmejorable en pleno centro de Como, esta en un 3 piso, si que al menos para nosotros que vamos con 4 maletas se nos hizo un poco pesado, pero nada grave, el departamento es mas grande de lo que se ve en las fotos, amplio, la parte de cocina muy bien (solo falta una tostadora, y cuchillo sierra para poder cortar el pan) no tiene horno tradicional, lo que seria perfecto, pero todo lo demás relacionado con la cocina muy bien. Tiene buena iluminación (solo faltan lámparas al lado de la cama), el wifi funciona bien, el baño y ducha cómodo, tiene lavadora de ropa ( lo que se agradece cuando llevas 3 meses de viaje), el general puede ser una estancia fabulosa.

Lo único malo, pero malo es el Ruido, las ventanas no están insonorizadas, y el ruido de la gente en los restaurantes de abajo viernes y sábado hasta las 01:30 y era invierno aun, y el ruido del camiones recolectores de vidrio y del que limpia la calle es fatal, pasan a las 5:00 el de limpieza y a las 6:30 el de vidrio que se siente pero mal, la calefacción que esta al lado de la ventana hace ruidos molestos las veces que comienza a funcionar, si que para personas de sueño ligero, como yo no fue buena la experiencia desde ese punto

It’s a nice little apartment. Super location, easy check in and out. Nicely decorated.

There’s these small black bugs hanging out in the kitchen. Rather nasty. When we got to the apartment and when we got back from being away for a while they were crawling all over the place. When we were there they mostly hung out inside the kitchen. They seemed harmless, but we cleaned everything from the kitchen before use just knowing they were in there. I’m pretty sure the hole in the wall behind the sink is their point of entry. Should be fixed. We also had a horrible first night sleep because the bedframe was all messed up. See picture. We fixed that ourself the next morning, but you really shouldn’t invite your guests that way. It would also be nice with something to hang up clothes on after washing them. We did laundry there and had to get creative. The iron needs to be cleaned properly too. I started ironing a shirt before I quickly realized the iron was giving off some black stuff unto my shirt.

De locatie van de appartementen was ideaal, super centraal in het centrum. Dichtbij winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden.
