Casa Rosa al Mare, Rapallo

Air conditioning and parking facility. Two bathrooms and spacious only 20m from the sea.

Super central location in central Rapallo, near beachfront, promenade, restaurants and everything needed! The apartment is well equipped with kitchen (incl all items needed like dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper etc), 2 bathrooms, and … excellent airconditioning! The parking is well provided though 5-10 min away (short walk). Key operations are complex but the instructions are very clear, including videos!

Street noise is a bit prominent, and the living room doubles as second bedroom so if you stay with 4, it’s a bit full. We did not find it a problem but just manage expectations!

Well Rapallo is heaven on earth, so having the location seaside is simply breathtaking

Could have done with a two bedroom unit, but this doesn't detract from the brillance of the unit and it's location.

The place is nice and super good location

Furniture is uptdated and it could be cleaner! Very very noisy

The position is excellent. The apartment is very good.

The building was dirt, nobody cleaned the common spaces. The entry procedure into the apartment needs to be improved. The administration and the comunication with the staff was bad.

How clean it was and how comfy we're the beds

I didn't read the courtyard view party. I thought I got the sea view since the title of the hotel is sea front property and all the rooms are basically the same price. Even it's my mistake , it's not a courtyard view. It barley gets any sunlight because it's a small building courtyard and you have to close the windows because the other room windows are very close. So it felt like I was in an apartment with no windows. Aside from that, very clean apartment and very comfortable beds and has everything you need.
