Casa Rosa al Mare, Rapallo

Rapallo is a gem. Close to all tourist areas transport and has restaurants to die for. Peace and quiet and serenity. Long walks along the Coso, boat rides and ferry rides. The apartment is ideal, clean and tidy. Ideal location.

The lift does not work, the steps are steep for the older traveler. The entrance is run down and a good clean would not go astray.

Upon our arrival, Grace warmly welcomed us and provided the necessary information along with the keys. The location was ideal, and the room met our expectations. While the parking area was a bit of a distance from the apartment, having a private parking space in such a densely populated area was a significant advantage. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Location is great, property is nice and comfy, staff is helpful (you connect through whatsup or phone), all the equipment working, room is clean, parking place is provided

Not easy for beginners. To make it to your room you need to follow some steps which are a bit like treasure hunt. Parking space is not very close by (depending on the room type different parking places) walking distance 5-10min , its ok if you will not need the car during your stay but if need to hop on-off your car several times managing the logistics can be overwhelming. Make sure you end-up in the correct parking spot because we had a different experience but thanks to the staff they helped a lot to get our car out of the locked parking spot at night. Last but not least if you plan to spend time in the room (not only for sleeping) make sure that you reserve a sea view room otherwise the one which we stayed was a bit claustrophobic as it was all surrounded by walls.

Comfortable and clean apartment in the perfect location.

Location was great only 50m to beach, ok view of the harbour and welcome champagne including coffee making facilities was a great touch.

No washing machine, bed was too soft and sank to a very uncomfortable angle, lift didn't work, parking nearly 1km away, no breakfast or voucher included and very pricey considering the above.

Excellent location, very pretty, functional and confortable appartement. We enjoyed the balconies. Very nice seaview

A bit noisy being situated on a main road (first floor) with quite a lot of traffic during some hours.

Great location, and excellent parking facilities located 10 minutes by foot (it is very difficult to park in this region). It was very clean and we had an apartment with excellent views.

The host did not respond to an email I had sent. When we arrived the pull out beds were not made up (we had to make up 4 beds). 2 of the beds were not actual beds and were instead 2 very thin mattresses for the floor.
