The apartment was ideally situated for a 20 minute walk into Windsor, which allowed us to leave the car most of the time in delegated parking space. The apartment was very nicely decorated and spacious for our family of 6. The information and support recieved, from Martin our host was very much appreciated, and would therefore thoroughly reccomend. You will not be disapointed.

The whole process from start to finish was so smooth and easy. Tracey and Martin, the hosts, are so informative and have thought of everything - the videos they sent about getting into the property were excellent; by the time we arrived I knew exactly what to do and where to go; they really helped! The property itself is superb and beautifully decorated to a high standard; it really is home from home! The 3 bedrooms are very comfy and even have wireless phone chargers in the two double bedrooms. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean and have lovely touches such as toiletries. The lounge/dining room is equally as comfy and beautifully decorated and the kitchen brilliantly stocked with plates/glasses/cups/cutlery. Has a washing machine and dishwasher though only used the dishwasher. During the day we drove to Alexandra Car Park having been to Windsor several times before. However, we didn't realise how close it was so could've walked it in probably 10 maybe 15 minutes. This car park is by the river which is lovely to walk along to get into the main town centre. At night we got Uber cabs to the Castle (Castle Hill) approx £7 each way. All in all a fabulous stay didn't want to come home. Tracey and Martin are excellent hosts and easily contactable should you need to get hold of them. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and we ourselves will be back. Thank you 😍

Apartment was very homely, well furnished and comfortable. Location was great with excellent parking arrangements - car was literally 5 seconds from the door of the apartment with no stairs. Overall the accommodation was very well thought out, complete with handy things like phone chargers present.

Initial contact with host was good, but then became unresponsive as my phone call or WhatsApp message were ignored. We were querying if late checkout was possible (which wouldn't have been a problem if it wasn't) but a simple acknowledgement with 'yes' or 'no' would have been courteous, instead of just ignoring us. Yes, it was a bank Holiday weekend, but hosts in the industry need to be responsive and available whenever their accommodation is booked out (or have appropriate cover).

The bedroom in the small double was very uncomfortable and we had to turn the matress to improve the nights sleep of my son. There was no information about recycling.

Great location and lovely property.

The bedrooms were the roadside of the property next to a busy road which was a bit noisy in the early mornings.

Very easy to find with directions and key instructions. Hosts were very responsive.
