Free parking, phone charging points in hall and bedrooms were an excellent addition, comfy spacious bedrooms, complimentary coffee pods. Prosecco and chocs were a nice touch and appreciated!

Location was great. Bedrooms back on to a high traffic spot so can be a bit noisy at times.

Easy access to Windsor. Lovely clean sheets and comfy beds Walking distance to small tesco Gated surrounds makes you feel safe

Well laid out, very comfortable beds and generally very clean. Quiet and pretty surroundings. Good instructions to access the apartment. Lovely welcome pack. Good quality clean towels. Excellent location, easy walk into Windsor and road links to surrounding places.

Bathroom door handle fell off the first time we used it. Contacted host who arranged to fix it at our convenience. Dish washer was full of dirty dishes and cooker trays needed a clean before we could use them. Couldn't operate the big oven and couldn't find a manual but small oven was big enough for our needs so didn't chase the host. Would have been nice to have a key to get into the lovely grass area/garden.
