The apartment was spacious and clean, with lots of little touches to make it feel extra welcoming. The apartment was in a secure gated complex on the ground floor.

No window keys to allow fresh air into the apartment. Everything else was perfect.

"Great place for access to London"

Good location with nearby shops and pubs, easy parking and controlled access felt safe. Clean and spacious place to hang out. Easy to get to travel into London via local train in Windsor or direct to the Elizabeth line via Slough.

The main improvement would be to replace the mattresses which let the place down for comfort, they just seemed old/worn-out/saggy whereas everything else was great. It was also v hot while we were there but combination of the fans provided and the windows we were able to get reasonably cool. There was a lot of extra "onboarding" communication about security deposit, waivers and access which happened outside of booking.com. This definitely felt a little scammy at first but worked out OK and was very helpful to have videos for access instructions and so forth.

it was a bit dark I. the apartment and was near the roundabout so was a bit noisy.

the apartment was great and so nicely decorated it felt very relaxing

unfortunately the bed in the main bedroom was incredibly uncomfortable. it seems the other beds were fine but the main bedroom has such a thin mattress and there are springs or something digging into you while you sleep. highly encourage upgrading that mattress because then you’d have perfect reviews I’m sure!

Beautiful apartment with everything you could need. A 20 minute walk into Windsor. By taxi £7 for 4 people.

The planes! But if you stay in Windsor that's what you get!
