la struttura in generale.

mancanza informazioni alla reception soprattutto il primo giorno d'arrivo. Consegna chiavi e numero stanza, nessun'altra informazioni sulla struttura, le attività, i ristoranti.... la reception non risponde alle chiamate dalla camera, bisogna andare sempre di persona. al mio arrivo alle 22 la stanza aveva solo 2 letti anche se ho prenotato 3, il terzo è arrivato alle 23,15.

Mi è piaciuta molto la piscina della struttura! Super spaziosa per tutti. Inoltre le camere sono state appena rinnovate e offrono la possibilità di avere la vista mare (che fa sempre bene). Un altro plus gli snack al bar

Non c’è qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto, forse il fatto che la piscina chiude alle 18:00, però penso che sia una regola generale per tutti i resort.

Grazie per la vacanza! La struttura ha una posizione ottima e un reef fantastico. Grazie anche a mustafa della reception che ci sta aiutando a risolvere un piccolo problema avuto con il bancomat all’interno dell’albergo
