الاستف محترمين جدااا ولو في اي مشكلة بتواجه الواحد ع الفور بيتم معالجتها الغرفة يوميا بيتم تنظيفها الفيو من الغرف تحفة كانت اجازة استمتعت بها

مستوي الاكل مش أفضل حاجه شوية بس معقول ع مستوي الخدمة والفلوس الي بيتم دفعها

Innanzitutto vorrei menzionare gli aspetti positivi dell'hotel. La vista della camera è incredibile e il mare bellissimo.Ringraziamenti al Signor Ahmed della direzione persona fantastica,il Signor Amr responsabile della reception,il Signor Mustafa che parla un ottimo italiano e Mahmoud e Bahaa del bar.Sono stati tutti molto rispettosi professionali e pronti ad aiutarci in ogni cosa.Entrando in camera abbiamo notato che mancava il bollitore e il Nescafe abbiamo chiesto e il giorno dopo c'è li hanno portati.La camera era accogliente e sempre pulita un grazie a Said.La piscina è molto grande con personale gentile e disponibile un grazie a Mister Mohamed,Reda e Ahmed. L'animazione simpatica e coinvolgente in particolar modo Desha e Turky grazie.

Ci sono stati problemi a raggiungere la camera dal mare perché gli ascensori erano spesso fuori servizio.Siamo andati a lamentarci per questo e anche per la scarsa pulizia del bagno e del pavimento della piscina.Abbiamo parlato con Monica che non capiva l'italiano allora le abbiamo parlato in inglese ma non capiva comunque.Quindi dalla camera abbiamo richiamato la reception e ci hanno assicurato che l'ascensore non si sarebbe più guastato.La guardia della sicurezza ha fermato diverse volte il taxi fuori al cancello e perciò dovevamo camminare un po per raggiungere la reception.Al bar principale non c'era la musica.

We stayed at Siva Sharm Resort & SPA for 5 days and overall we were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel has a great location, the sea is beautiful, and the pool area is very enjoyable. The staff really care about the guests and always try to help. The food variety was good, especially the pizza section which we really liked. Room cleaning was done regularly and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and comfortable. For the price, it is definitely a good hotel. Special thanks to Abdel Rehm at the reception. He was very professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. He made the check-in process smooth and was very kind during our stay. Also thanks to Abdel Rehim from the reception team. He was polite, helpful, and always answered our questions quickly. His communication with guests was excellent. Ahmed at the pool area was very energetic and attentive. He always tried to make guests comfortable and was very friendly throughout the day. Big thanks as well to Ahmed from the pizza section. The pizzas were really delicious and his service was fast and friendly. Overall, the whole staff team was warm and welcoming. We had a very nice holiday experience in Sharm El Sheikh and would definitely consider staying here again.

Tutto tranne animazione specialmente serale non ci stava più musica come altre volte che i spettacoli e si ballava finora mezzanotte ho fatto anche qualche reclamo all inizio ci hanno accontentati grazie al direttore Mohamed e Monica che sono stati bravissimi ma poi dopo 2giorni hanno smontato proprio le casse e l amplificatore perché se si voleva suonare un altra volta non si poteva perché il capo animatore poteva dire che le casse sono serviti per l arena Roma il mio parere il marcio dell animatore e il capo e poi e giusto che io mi vesto con abiti buoni e poi mi devo sedere sui muretti all arena Roma per me si deve ripristinare tutto come era prima se si fa io ritorno

Tutto tutte persone socievole e brave specialmente Mustafa grande professionista sa parlare tutte le lingue sempre con un sorriso e professionalità

Mi é piaciuto tutto, personale gentile e cibo fantastico. La barriera corallina é stupenda!

Badet var ikke som forventet! Med Superior delux hadde jeg forventet oppusset bad. Det var det ikke. Jeg ble også overrasket over at en slik romkategori medførte at naboen kunne komme inn når han ville (connection rom). Jeg hadde også booket frem til 25.05, og selv om jeg ved innsjekk fikk bekreftet at rommet var for hele oppholdet ble jeg sperret ute fra 12:00 dagen etter
