Cozy Micro apartment, Minutes from Falls

It was very cozy, very well taken care of. we felt like we were really at home

We very much pleased with everything we would love to come back very soon

The room was cute and cozy we enjoyed our stay immensely.

God that futon could kill a man by sitting on it. It's not dangerous it's just the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on in my life..

Convenient location within walking distance to business district. Beautifully renovated and lots of communication from staff ahead of my stay. Appreciate the availability of extra linen, towels, dishes and utensils. It was quiet even with other guests downstairs.

The quality of cleanliness could have been better. I found a coffee mug with coffee residue on it, mice droppings near the small oven, hair on the bathroom walls, and white stains on the sofa. Lighting was lacking in the living area and bedroom - recommend having lamps there so guests can read/work. The mattress sinks in the middle.

Private, secluded and clean. I like the big shower, movable heaters, the refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and microwave were available to use. I also thought it was great there was an ironing board and iron available to use. Towels provided with a great smelling hand soap. Extra blanket was nice to have and use and bed was comfortable. I also loved the board with the close by amenities and thorough instructions.

No tv in the bedroom, couch not very comfortable and no shower soaps available

I didn’t like walking in to a mess of rat traps on the kitchen counter.

The location was very close to Niagara Falls. The apartment was clean.

The car parking instructions should have been sent separately in a separate email instead of a paragraph in the email and it is confusing to understand for first timers inorder to avoid penalty ticket Violation. The apartment was 3rd floor and the top floor ceiling is inclined which is sometimes difficult to freely move for the people with good height.
