"It was a place to sleep and shower but would never want to stay there again."

Walking distance to casino, food and falls.

The so called sleeps four is very misleading. There was a bed and a futon. The futon was like sleeping on a board. So short and not for anyone tall. When opened up there were mouse droppings in the crease. Toilet seat kept falling off even after we screwed it back on twice. Squirrels were living on the other side of the wall. There should be disclosure of the area this property is in. It is next to and surrounded by boarded up homes. So bad that the Uber driver was worried to leave us off the evening we arrived. We decided to not walk at night during our stay.

The overall esthetic was really nice for such a small place, random thing to point out but I loved that they had a smart tv in the room cause most hotels I go to have older tvs so it gets really boring but the smart tv was a great touch

Can’t say honestly, the location could be better, but nonetheless it was quite the experience for the price.
