The property was clean and presentable. Parking wasn’t too far. Property has a lot of shops that were within a 5 min proximity. The decoration was nice and the balcony was a good spot to relax.

Nothing, everything was to my liking.

The apartment itself was great clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Once everything was sorted, the check-in process was straightforward and the stay was very enjoyable.

The communication leading up to check-in was quite frustrating. I spent almost an hour messaging back and forth, repeatedly explaining the same situation due to system issues. I was told to wait for updates that came later than expected, which caused unnecessary stress close to check-in time. In the end, the form still couldn’t be processed because the system was down. That said, once access was granted, everything else went smoothly and the apartment itself was excellent. Hopefully the communication system can be improved, as it would make the overall experience much better.
